In the age of broad medical options, women’s health has received sufficient attention. The different periods a woman’s life are characterised by specific physiological changes, based on age-related characteristics reproductive system. onset menopause can have negative impact in varying degrees. Clinicians clear understanding effects estrogen deficiency and therapeutic options for managing it with menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) alternative methods treatment. However, to date, optimising individualising correction disorders continue improve. individualization MHT is aimed at increasing efficacy management minimizing possible adverse events. Individualization selection drug taking into account age, status, somatic woman her main complaints against background deficiency. next stage transformation concerned composition drugs doses their components. evolution estrogenic component began use conjugated estrogens, whose metabolism not fully clarified, stopped production bioidentical estrogens (17p-estradiol estradiol valerate), which structure as close ovarian estradiol. type, dose combination progestogens determine severity specificity effect hormone. This article will present clinical case study low- ultra-low-dose 17p-estradiol dydrogesterone (E/DG).
